I'm crazy about beads!

I guess I should have seen this coming. As a little girl growing up in the Philippines, we use to make necklaces and bracelets out of grass seeds that grew in abundance in an empty lot across from our house. When my children were little, I would buy seed beads and make jewelry for them. Now the passion has come back and I am having so much fun making all sorts of jewelry using as wide assortment of beads.

I started this blog as part of an assignment, but I also would like it to become a place were people who share my passion, can exchange ideas.

Welcome to beading mania!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your jewelry is really pretty. Lots of people at my branch are beaders also.

To eeb and silverlining,

Thanks for your kind words! I'm glad that you enjoyed the slide show. Soon I will be adding a link to this blog where I will be showcasing my pieces and my business partner's pieces. There you will be able to view all the items we've made in greater detail. And if you're interested in purchasing any item, that will be possible too.

Thanks again!

Wikki's are a good tool for pooling information on a certain topic. For AACPL, it is useful in allowing the staff to share informationa dn ideas. However, the one drawback is the difficulty of actually finding the wiiki on the Intranet and logging in.

Zoho writer ia a great tool for people who do not have access to a word processing program. Its other advantage is one can save one's work on the internet. It has some nice features that Microsoft Word does not have.
